- : This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined synopsis/solicitation N61340-18-R-0017 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to http://farsite.hill.af.mil inclusive, but not limited to, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. This procurement is being solicited on a Sole Source basis with an associated NAICS code of 561920 and a size standard of $11,000,000.00. This RFQ sets forth the requirement for the installation and removal of the equipment, carpet, exhibit structures and material rental. Brede/Allied Convention Services Division is the exclusive source to National Training and Simulation Association (NTSA) for providing drayage, equipment, carpet, exhibit structures and material rentals at Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) for I/ITSEC 2017. Only this contractor is authorized by OCCC to provide the requested drayage, equipment, carpet, exhibit structures and material for the 2017 I/ITSEC under the sponsors “ NTSA - and OCCC agreement. The Government requires all labor, management, tools, equipment, carpet, exhibit structures and material rental for the Government exhibits at the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC). This conference will be held 27 November to 1 December 2017 at the OCCC. The installation of the equipment, carpet, exhibit structures and material rentals shall be completed no later than 25 November 2017. The removal of the equipment, carpet, exhibit structures and material rentals shall begin on 1 December 2017. Period of Performance shall be from 13 November 2017 through 1 December 2017. Please see the attached Statements of Work and the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Documents for further details about the requirement. The contractor shall provide all labor, management, tools, material, and equipment necessary to ensure that the equipment, carpet, exhibit structures and material rental are installed and removed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance for the Government exhibits at the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC). The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order to Brede/Allied Convention Services Division in the form of a Firm Fixed Price Contract and the anticipated award date is NLT 22 November, 2017. Interested sources may inquire interest and capability to respond to the requirement which demonstrates their ability to meet the needs of the Government. Interested sources are encouraged to submit a quote, which must indicate they are authorized source of the OCCC. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
