- The Government intends to make a sole-source award to FAIRBANKS MORSE, LLC (FME), for the servicing of USNS CESAR CHAVEZ's main diesel engines. FME is the OEM-authorized service and parts provider for the main diesel engines installed on the Military Sealift Command's T-AKE Class of ships. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
