The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Northwest Mountain region is conducting a market survey/request for information to improve the Government's understanding of the current marketplace and to identify capable sources. Responses to this market survey will be used to determine if there is adequate competition to set the requirement aside for Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB 8(a)'s), small businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB's), etc. This survey is being conducted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Section 3.2.1.2.1. This survey will support market research obtained from multiple sources and will be utilized for planning purposes only. No contract of any kind will result from this announcement. The purpose of this market survey is to seek competent and qualified contractors to perform all work associated with the replacement of Booster Pumps and Ancillaries located at FAA's CERAP facility in Agana, Guam. A summary of the work includes, but is not limited to: 1) Replace the booster pumps (BPI and WBI) and its ancillaries. 2) Replace back flow preventer inside the pump room. 3) Replace enamel coated floor sink with stainless steel floor sink. 4) Disinfect and flush the pumps and its ancillaries before connecting to the main pipes. 5) Provide and maintain, in a sanitary manner, the following temporary facilities and amenities for FAA personnel's exclusive use, and must be in place prior to the start of activities. a) Trailer type portable restrooms with wash sinks and air conditioning system. b) Bottled potable water. Two hundred fifty (250) half liter bottles daily for FAA personnel and six (6) 5-gallon jug of potable water daily for the kitchens shall be provided until potable water is restored to the facility. 6) Water is to be tested from at least eight (8) test points in compliance to FAA order JO 3900-61, "Drinking Water Testing at Traffic Organizational Facilities". 7) Testing and commissioning of the pumps. 8) Disconnect switches, power conductors and conduits shall remain and be reused. The NAICS code for this project is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, which has a small business size standard of $15.0 Million.
