- Page 1 of 1 This is a sources sought notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs San Francisco Health Care System is conducting market research to determine if there are any vendors that hold the economic status of Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, and other Small Businesses that can provide housing placement and case management services to 250 veterans in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties. The responses from this notice will be used to make the appropriate set aside determination. The proposed solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation under FAR Parts 12 and 13. A draft Performance Work Statement is attached to this notice. Interested contractors should provide a capabilities statement demonstrating their experience providing similar services. The period of performance for this contract will be a base year plus four option years. All interested contractors must respond by email to Rebekah.Yuson@va.gov before 3:00 P.M. Pacific Time on 10 November, 2017. Solicitation number 36C261-18-Q-0054 has been assigned and should be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement.
