- Amendment #0001 is issued for clarification/ questions and answers. The closing date has been extended until Tuesday October 31, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. local time. The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort to Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the control wing basement (host area) Renovation, New York Air Route Traffic Control Center, Ronkonkoma, NY This project is full and open competition Performance and Payment Bonds are required. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this announcement. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $250,000.00 - $1,000,000.00. A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday October 11, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. offerors are strongly urged and expected to attend. Due to security requirements, all attendees must have a valid photo ID., i.e. state driver ™s license.
