Description
U.S. Government Notice of Intent to Lease Space General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TN City: NASHVILLE Delineated Area: Within 5 miles of Nashville Airport Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4637.0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4868.85 Space Type: Office (4637 USF ABOA) Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): 10 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 120 Firm Term: 60 Soft Term: 60 Option 1 Term: 0 Option 2 Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Agency specific requirements Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (4637 USF ABOA) and related space in a building under lease in NASHVILLE, TN. The current lease will be expiring 8/31/2019. The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government’s requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
