Description

The Veterans Health Administration Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) is seeking interested sources to provide 50 concurrent WSNC Libraries Clinical Electronic Subscriptions for all, but not limited to the Library Subscription Titles listed in Attachment B for WSNC medical facilities listed in Attachment A. Potential contractors shall provide, at a minimum, the following information to Erik K. Berg at Erik.Berg@va.gov no later than 3 November, 2017. 1) Offeror s name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. 2) Business type, size, and company's DUNS number. Small and Veteran owned businesses are encouraged to respond. 3) Offeror s interest in quoting on a solicitation if issued. The capabilities statement for this sources sought is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach.   Responses received will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government may or may not issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
