Description

The Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office (NCO) 15, is requesting proposals for furnishing beneficiary ambulance ground transportation services on behalf of the Marion IL VA Medical Center, per the attached RFP documents (RFP VA255-17-R-0753) which contains the Statement of Work (SOW), schedules, terms, conditions and seven (7) attachments. This acquisition will provide ALS and BLS ambulance transportation services to eligible beneficiaries of the Marion IL VA Medical Center and Evansville IN VA Outpatient Clinic service areas. The service area encompasses portions of Southern Illinois, Northern Indiana and Western Kentucky. This solicitation is reserved for 100% Small Business participation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 621910 Ambulance Services, which has a size standard of $15.0 million. The resulting contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) fixed-price with annual Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) contract with a base period of one (1) year with four (4) one year option periods that can be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Award will be Best Value to the Government (price and non-price trade-off factors considered). The government anticipates awarding a single contract for furnishing the required ambulance services.
