- Wage Determination CDRL A003 CDRL A002 CDRL A001 PWS, dated 19 Oct 17 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested in response to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide three (3) Sports Rehabilitation Specialists and one (1) Medical Administrative Technician in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement, dated 19 Oct 2017.
