THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112. The Clement J Zablocki VA Medical Center located in Milwaukee WI has a need for brand name only Alaris Viewer Suite for Infusion Viewer. The Alaris Viewer Suite for Infusion Viewer is needed to assist pharmacy and nursing by providing a real-time dashboard to monitor all infusions running in the institution at a given time. Specifications/salient characteristics: A software package compatible with Alaris infusion pumps and syringe modules Scanners - supports USB scanners (both wired and wireless) Near real time monitoring - ability to customize the time frame for updates Near real time view of all infusions currently running, rate of infusion, and volume remaining Near real time view of all infusions running outside of guardrails Near real time view of all infusions running in basic infusion Web-based dashboard Ability to filter views by patient location, medication, or time of infusion remaining All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Company name. Indication of which business category (SDVOSB, VOSB, Small Business or Large Business) for which the organization qualifies. Are you providing a small business product? If an authorized distributor, a memo or correspondence which authorizes distributor to distribute the manufacturer s products If an authorized distributor, a statement explaining the added value provided with this purchase. Reference the product, facility and sources sought number on all correspondence regarding this announcement. TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339112 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees.
