- SOW This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning and market research purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Army Contracting Command - NJ (ACC-NJ), Fort Dix, in support of USA CIDC (701st Military Police Group), is considering soliciting a requirement, via Long Term Lodging. CIDC has a requirement for fully furnished, one bedroom/one bathroom apartment homes for a duration of one (14) month base period with two (13) month options. All specifications listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) must be met. This is NOT a Request for Quote or Proposal. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this RFI. The RFI will be used to gather market research to make decisions regarding the development of acquisition strategies. The period of performance (POP) for this requirement is one base period (from date of award), plus two option periods, for a total period of three years. Please provide a written confirmation of your company's capability to perform the worked as described. Reference any Small Business statuses. Please provide this information, via email, no later than 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 2 November 2017. If a response is not received from your company by this time, the Government will consider your company unable to perform the work required.
