- Sources Sought Synopsis and Contractor Capability Survey Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) For F-15 Full Scale Fatigue Test Teardown Program Caution: This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for the Full Scale Fatigue Test (FSFT) Teardown Program. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. Purpose/Description: This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to perform teardown of up to 4 F-15C wings, 2 F-15E wings, 1 F-15C fuselage, and 1 F-15E fuselage and other structures, provide data points for determining the effects of current usage on the F-15 fuselage and wing structure and perform detailed analysis to support development of an effective Force Structural Maintenance Plan (FSMP). The deliverables will be used to determine the certified service life (CSL) for the F-15 C/D/E fleet. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market survey are placed on notice that participation in this questionnaire is strictly voluntary. Respondents are neither obligated to participate in future solicitations nor are they guaranteed any contract awards. The Government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. See Attachments for further details.
