This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal. An award will not be made on offers received in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541519. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO19) is seeking responses to this request for information from interested, capable firms that can meet the requirements set forth below; Responding companies shall include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming their ability to supply product with the salient characteristics outlined in this request. Project Timeline 5 Introduction Veteran Affairs Eastern Colorado Health Care System (VA ECHCS) wishes to enter into an agreement to purchase additional DSS Databridge license for AcuteCare Medsurg unit to integrate with Clinicomp/Essentric and VISTA with an authorized vendor for supply and delivery of the items identified below, and any subsequent services required to assemble, install, integrate, warranty, and/or maintain new items for the VA ECHCS Denver Replacement Facility, located 1700 North Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. General Conditions General Operation On-Site service identified in this document will take place during normal business hours which are defined as: 0700 to 1600 (i.e.: 7:00am to 4:00pm Mountain Standard Time), Monday through Friday, and excluding Federal Holidays. Vendor shall be in compliance with VA network security regulation according to VA Directive 6500 and provide a 6550 Pre-assessment document. Technical Requirements JSN: Z5014.B DSS Databridge License Technical Requirements for CIS/Clinicomp Functionality: License for AcuteCare units. Total of 90 beds (60 Beds Medsurg and 30 beds SCI) License shall be using the existing Databridge interface platform at VISN 19. The interface is currently install in the ECHCS Vista server. License shall allow Clinicomp/Essentris/EHR Acutecare charting module to integrate to VISTA/CPRS for ECHCS at the Rocky Mountain Regional Medical Center (RMRMC). Vendor shall be installing license through the approved VA VPN site to site account. Vendor shall provide approximately 4 weeks with 4 different travel trips for onsite support during Clinicomp/Essentris testing phase and 1 weeks of remote support. Onsite week is equivalent to 24 hours onsite support and 2 days travel. Vendor shall be working with Clinical/Essentris to ensure the interface is working as designed. Vendor shall include 1 year of license support and maintenance. Installation Requirement for ARK/Drager Vendor shall provide approximately 4 weeks with 4 different travel trips for onsite support during ARK/Drager Innovian testing phase and 1 weeks of remote support. Onsite week is equivalent to 24 hours onsite support and 2 days travel. Vendor shall be working with ARK/Drager Innovian to ensure the interface is working as designed. ARK-DSS license was already cover exist under contract VA259-15-F-0017 Project Timeline Estimate time line start as soon as contract award through Jun 30, 2018
