Description
This FBO advertisement is hereby incorporated into the RLP 17-CENSUS by way of reference as an RLP attachment. The U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP) to fulfill anticipated 2020 Census Area Office requirements: City: Macon State: Georgia Delineated Area: Beginning where Ocmulgee River and Beaverdam Creek intersect, follow Beaverdam Creek northwest to where it intersects Arkwright Rd, follow Arkwright Rd northerly and northwest and continue southwest and southerly as it changes to Bass Rd to where it intersects Zebulon Rd. Follow Zebulon Rd west to where it intersects Lamar Rd, follow Lamar Rd south to where it intersects Thomaston Rd, follow Thomaston Rd northwesterly to where it intersects Bonner Gilbert Rd. Follow Bonner Gilbert Rd south to where it intersects Moseley Rd, follow Moseley Rd west then south to where it intersects Lower Thomaston Rd, follow Lower Thomaston Rd southeast to where it intersects Midway Rd, follow Midway Rd south to where it intersects Hopewell Rd, follow Hopewell Rd northwest to where it intersects Lamar Branch. Follow Lamar Branch south to where it intersects Echeconnee Creek. Follow Echeconnee Creek southeast to where it intersects Ocmulgee River, northerly to where it intersects Swift Creek, follow Swift Creek northeast to where it intersects Jeffersonville Rd, follow Jeffersonville Rd northwesterly to where it intersects Walnut Creek. Minimum ABOA SF: 7,000 Maximum ABOA SF: 7,300 Space Type: OFFICE Term: Wave 2: Up to 19 Months Parking: 2 Reserved Spaces, On site or within 3 blocks Unique Requirements: Refer to RLP Package 17-CENSUS posted on the AAAP Website (aaap.gsa.gov) If applicable, include go/no-go criteria that are not already outlined in the Census ACO RLP package Must have loading dock or acceptable alternative with 18-wheeler truck access for delivery. Must not be co-located with local, state or Federal law enforcement groups. HOW TO OFFER: The Government is using the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP) to satisfy the above Census space requirement. The AAAP application, located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, enables interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP Package 17-CENSUS. Offered space must comply with RLP Package 17-CENSUS, posted on https://aaap.gsa.gov, and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the orange “Registration” link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides and video tutorials are offered on the AAAP homepage and in the “HELP” tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during any “Open Period”. The Open Period is the 1st through the 7th of each month, ending at 11:59 p.m. EST. Offers cannot be submitted during the Closed Period (8th through the end of each month) and will not be considered for projects executed during that time period. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. All RLP Package documents can be found at https://aaap.gsa.gov or https://lop.gsa.gov. At the bottom of the homepage, before logging in, select ‘Census’ from the drop-down list under the section titled ‘View AAAP Solicitations for Offer Package” then click the ‘View RLPs’ button. Once logged in, the RLP Package is available by clicking the ‘RLP & Lease Documents’ link at the top of the page and performing a search.
