Description

The Ship Repair Facility, Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) is seeking to accomplish the repair of a DDG-51 class vessel that has suffered collision damage resulting in the flooding of 21 compartments and damage to two (2) compensated fuel tanks. SRF-JRMC is contemplating a Non-Commercial Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Fixed-Price (FP) unit labor rate for structural, mechanical, and electrical, depot level repairs. The work is similar in nature to the outfit in place of a newly constructed vessel. All required outfitting material will be provided by SRF-JRMC as Government Furnished Material (GFM). Work will be performed in a dry dock at the SRF-JRMC facility in Yokosuka, Japan. Individual Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) delivery orders will be issued for discrete jobs and specific tasking using the contract ™s FP labor rates.
