W911RX-17-B-0009 Technical Exhibit A through E W911RX-17-B-0009 SOW This is an RFI (Request for Information) in reference to W911RX-17-B-0009, Ft. Riley Road Maintenance. The Government is seeking information pertaining to the lack of competition received for the Invitation of Bids (IFB) for W911RX-17-B-0009. This is an RFI only and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that MICC JBLM or MICC Ft. Riley will take procurement action in this matter. Further, the Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in furnishing this information. MICC JBLM seeks your responses to determine issues and concerns to improve our processes and build more biddable products: Please respond to the following: Reason for not Bidding 1. Reason why a bid was not submitted Batch Plant 2. Did the addition of a batch plant option influence your company's decision not to bid? If yes, Why? Pricing: 3.
