- Justification & Approval for Sole Source Award NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Air Operations Center (AOC), AFLCMC/HBBK intends to award a sole source purchase order to BAE Systems Information & Electronic Systems Integration. BAE Systems will be providing Targeting Application Work Station Systems BAE SOCET GXP software licenses. The anticipated award date is 16 November 2017. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the service listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 14 November 2017 at 12PM Eastern Standard to Victoria Russo at victoria.russo@us.af.mil.
