- This notice, in support of N6134018R0003 RESFOR COMS/CIS Re-compete is to provide the following information: 1) To get copies of the presented slides at the Pre-Proposal conference dated October 24th, please contact Robert Haygood at the email below. The attendee list (to the presentation only) is attached to this notification and in order to facilitate potential subcontracting opportunities. 2) To provide notice that the NAS Key West portion of the site visit has been cancelled. Due to the hurricane damage in the Key West area there is reduced access and reduced availability of accommodations. The site contains one F-5N trainer, which can be viewed at Fallon. For any additional questions with regards to that site, please contact Robert Haygood. 3) At this time a Draft RFP is being finalized; however, in order to support the site visits please contact Robert Haygood to get access to draft documents and historical records. This is a total small business set-aside with proposals anticipated to be due 1/8/2018.
