- Description
- The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for mowing and maintenance services for John W. Flannagan Dam & Reservoir, Haysi, Virginia and North Fork of Pound River Lake, Pound, Virginia. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price performance-based commercial service, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract, evaluated using best value method, NTE $1,500,000.00. The contract will be awarded for a base year with four additional one year option periods. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer confirming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. All responsive quotes will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (A) Management Plan; (B) Experience; (C) Equipment; (D) Past Performance; and (E) Cost/Price. All non-priced factors, when combined, are significantly more important than cost/price. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 2 November, 2017, online at http://www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM Internet site at http://www.sam.gov.
