The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) Southern Tier in North Chicago, IL is soliciting businesses Special Needs Transportation Services (wheelchair van and sedan) at the Edward Hines VA Hospital in Hines, IL and associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics. The contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, equipment, supervision, transportation and services necessary to effectively, economically, and satisfactorily perform all operations for Special Needs Transportation in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) found on RFP: VA69D-17-R-0072. The NAICS Code is 485991 with a Size Standard of $15,000,000.00 in revenue. The period of performance shall be for five years from the date of award and commencement of services.
