- Description
- The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) anticipates issuing a solicitation for the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) through Solicitation Number H98210R0030 on or about 15 November 2017. This is a pre-solicitation notice (Synopsis) for the requirement to provide provide the personnel, management and materials necessary to successfully provide management and IT support services for Investigations and Resolutions Case Management System (IRCMS), Case Management Tracking System (CMTS), and Defense Injury and Unemployment Compensation System (DIUCS). The support and sustainment for these DMDC case management systems are built on the COTS solution, entellitrakTM. Support for IRCMS and CMTS will begin in the base year, whereas support for the DIUCS will begin August 18, 2018, following the end of the current DIUCS contract. The resultant commercial contract will have a 12-month base period and four (4) twelve-month option periods. The complete solicitation package will be issued in approximately 15 days in accordance with FAR 5.203(h). This requirement will be competed as a full and open competition acquisition process. Questions will be accepted through email, but, not by phone. Do NOT contact the requiring activity. Once the solicitation is posted it will be available via Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fbo.gov). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. No paper copies will be furnished. Perspective Offerers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
