This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation RFQ-36C25018Q0078 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94, 2005-95/ 01-19-2017. Full size adjustable base/foundation with firm mattress and remote control, 850 lb. lift weight capacity, and heavy duty 2 ½ diameter legs that quickly and easily adjust from 6 to 10 in height and emergency battery backup power down feature. Under-bed light desired, but not required. Mattress must be appropriate size for the adjustable base and work with the adjustable base. In addition, the mattress must meet infection control and patient safety requirements. It cannot be latex or foam, etc. It must be able to be covered by waterproof mattress cover. The proposed contract listed here is Set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. FOB destination. Deliver to 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
