Description

Market Research is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10 and 12 to determine if commercial items are available to meet the Government ™s need for Multiple Award Service Contract (MASC) for work to be performed at various Naval and Marine Corps Installations located in Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada and Utah. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561210- Facility Support Services. Work Requirements: The Offeror shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, operators and other items necessary to provide the services outlined below for various facilities services at several Naval and Marine Corps Installations located in Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada and Utah. The type of contract anticipated for this procurement is a Multiple Award Service Contract (MASC) for a Firm Fixed-Price to include a combination of recurring and non-recurring work. The basic contract period will be for 12 months. Each contract contains four (4) 12 month options for a total maximum duration of 60 months. Services to be performed under the resulting contract(s) may include the following Facilities Support (FSC) Services: 1. Facility Investment 2. Family Housing 3. Facility Management 4. The Unaccompanied Housing
