Request for Information Performance Work Statement (PWS) Request for Information (RFI) Title of Requirement: Second Destination Transportation (SDT) Centrally Managed Allotment (CMA) Material Weakness RFI Release Date: 01 November 2017 RFI Due Date: 7 November 2017 at 0900 US Central Time NAICS Code: 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services Contracting Office: Army Contracting Command - Rock Island 1. Purpose of RFI: The Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff (ODCS), G-4 (Pentagon) Washington, D.C. has a requirement for Second Destination Transportation (SDT) Centrally Managed Allotment (CMA) Material Weakness Support. This is a non-personal services requirement. The G-4 requires contractor support to improve internal financial managerial controls in the SDT process, comply with fiscal regulation and law, and achieve audit readiness by the end of FY 2017 using an Army-proven Lean Six Sigma methodology to resolve an Army-level material weakness in accordance with the PWS. The purpose of this RFI is to invite all interested parties to submit a written response to this RFI for the purpose of conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. 2. Synopsis of Requirement: The attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) details the requirement. 3. Instruction to Interested Parties: - Include your capability statement - Confirm that your firm can provide services to support the attached draft PWS Interested Parties who feel that they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement should submit capabilities statement demonstrating their abilities to meet the above requirement. The information received in response to this RFI will be considered solely for the purpose of determining the requirement's strategy. 4. Due Date and Time: All capability statements and supporting documentation sent in response to the RFI must be submitted electronically via email to Michelle Lund at michelle.m.lund3.civ@mail.mil and Tami Lord at tami.l.lord.civ@mail.mil no later than 0900 US Central Time on 7 November 2017. This RFI is being sought strictly for the purpose of gaining knowledge of available services and solutions and should not be construed as intent, commitment, or promise to acquire such services or solutions.
