- The Regional Contracting Office-MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to for the delivery of bottled water to various locations throughout Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA, various locations throughout Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD), San Diego, CA and to a single delivery location aboard the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, CA. The period of performance is expected to begin 1 January 2018. The anticipated procurement will be a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) on or around 13 November 2017 for the services described above. This is not a request for responses. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 312112 "Bottled Water Manufacturing ". Conducting Business with the Government. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Information on registering in SAM may be obtained by calling (866) 606-8220 or via the internet at http://www.sam.gov. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be accessible via FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. No CDs or hard copies will be available.
