- This Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) is posted for planning and market research only. This RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bids. This RFI does not commit the Government to issue any type of solicitation or award a contract. This RFI does not restrict the Government from a particular acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse any respondent for any cost associated with information submitted in response to this Sources Sought RFI. BACKGROUND The PMA-268 Program Office has determined that a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software solution will be implemented and integrated into the program office to manage the lifecycle of the program. The PLM software solution will be hosted in a certified and accredited Microsoft Azure Government Commercial Cloud environment and utilize the Siemens Teamcenter PLM software. The Government has a requirement to host the Siemens software, underlying operating systems and database, and Government data in a Microsoft Azure Government Cloud environment at an Unclassified Impact Level Five (5) Cloud Data Sensitivity level. NEED The software solution and lifecycle management of program data is comprised of Siemen's Teamcenter Software as the basis of the PLM suite, the Government Commercial Cloud environment, as well as any cybersecurity services required to achieve a government Authorization to Operate (ATO). Requirements include: 1. A certified Microsoft Azure Government Cloud Service Provider (CSP) integrator to design and configure the necessary cloud environment; 2. The authorization and ability to procure Siemen's Teamcenter Software licenses and integrate into the Cloud; and 3. Perform cybersecurity configuration and provide documentation and artifacts required for the Navy to obtain an Authorization to Operate (ATO).
