- AMENDMENT 1 NOTICE The Governments original direction of thought was to award all three EMD efforts (Multifunctional Information Distribution System - Joint Tactical Radio System (MIDS-JTRS), Mode 5/S Automatic Dependent Surveillance - Broadcast (ADS-B) OUt and Radio Crypto) on a single contract award, thus the reason all three were included on the original Sources Sought / Request for Information that was posted 1 June 2017. The Government has changed its direction to awarding three separate EMD efforts and must request all interested parties to resubmit responses to the Original Sources Sought Sections I through VII thus if your company is interested only in one of the three you would only have to respond to that one specifically. If your company is interested in one or more, the Government requires a response submitted for each individual effort. You may include all responses in a single mailing package vice separate if preferred. All offers have 14 days from the date of this amendment publication to Fed Biz Ops to respond to this Request for Information. Responses must be postage dated not later than response due date of 17 November 2017. Written responses, no facsimiles or e-mails.
