Description

Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO7), Augusta, GA., intends to negotiate a sole source (FFP) contract with ELM Pharmacy Services, Inc., 2003 Primrose Dr. Plainfield. IL, 60586, for Virtual Pharmacy Services for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Augusta GA 30904. The term of the contract is one (1) year beginning November 1, 2017 October 31, 2018. This is a sole source urgent & compelling requirement which will be awarded to the incumbent, ELM Pharmacy Services. ELM s continued services will avoid disruption of virtual services while allowing time to procure long-term services. The procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302, as an urgent and compelling need. A Justification for single-source award will be posted. The NAICS code 541990, size standard of $15 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses received will only be considered for future purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of sole source contract described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the Government.
