Description
Questions to Vendors Vendors, The Government plans on hosting an Industry Day for the Business Capability Lifecycle Management (B-CLM) requirements on Tuesday, 21 November 2017 on Joint Base Andrews, MD. The Government is contemplating awarding two contract vehicles to meet the requirements under the B-CLM program. The first contract will be a multiple award IDIQ (at least two awardees, no more than three) for the B-CLM Projects via FBO and a Task Order using GSA OASIS, GSA Schedule 70, or Alliant for Technical Support. The draft performance work statements (PWS) are attached. Currently we are anticipating a NAICS of 541611 to meet this requirement. The Government will be holding individual 20 minute sessions with the prospective companies discussing their capabilities for market research. Please note the Industry Day Questions for vendors are posted via attachment. If your company is interested in participating, please respond no later than (NLT) Wednesday, 15 November 2017 at 5 p.m. EST via email to SSgt Mitchell Lagan, mitchell.c.lagan.mil@mail.mil, and Ms. Trae Miliner, traenesha.l.miliner.civ@mail.mil. Due to the schedule, ONLY the first 14 vendors to respond will be selected for 1 on 1 sessions. The government will attempt to address these questions in the initial morning briefing.
