- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation for this acquisition is IHS1339494. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) using FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, effective January 19, 2017.
