Description
Statement of Work Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Statement of Work Holiday Decorations for Dyess AFB The contractor shall: 1. Provide, install, and maintain commercial holiday LED lights for 44 trees on airpark Arnold Blvd. Lights shall be weatherproof and shall have programmable fixtures in white or blue color scheme. 2. Provide, install, and maintain 25 commercial wreaths with red bows for flag poles at main gate guard entrance. 3. Provide and install 33 LED Snowflake silhouette Pole Mounts for light poles along airpark and main road. 4. Provide, install, and maintain 1 building front mount "Season's Greetings" or "Happy Holidays" spelled in rope-type holiday lights, over the main gate entering Dyess AFB. 5. Provide, install, and maintain LED lights for visitor's center. Decorate visitor's center with a ginger bread house theme. 6. Provide, install, and maintain 10 commercial snowflake street lines stretching across the width of the street entering Dyess AFB. Colors will be dark blue, light blue, and white. 7. Provide, install, and maintain 2 commercial holiday displays of Santa's workshop and one Santa's village scenery for airpark. Displays must be of a wood-type material. Inflatable displays are not an acceptable alternative. 8. Holiday Tree and Accessories. Provide, install, and maintain a commercial grade panel type holiday tree that is a minimum 30 feet in height with garland/bows/bells/tree topper/and ornaments and will be of a dark blue, light blue, and silver color scheme. The tree shall have green foliage and include a base and an anchoring system to secure tree. The tree shall have outdoor, weather proof, multi-color LED lights. 9. Provide, install, and maintain 24 large (2'-5') weatherproof present style boxes to place below the holiday tree, throughout the airpark, and around the flagpole. Boxes must be of a wood-type material. Inflatable boxes are not an acceptable alternative. 10. Provide, install, and maintain commercial grade garland with LED lights and 12" - 18" thick in diameter for brick wall around the base Flag Pole 11. Provide, install, and maintain 12 Red Bows 20" wide in velvet to accent garland around Flag Pole 12. Provide, install, and maintain 14 small (3'-4') lighted holiday trees to place around flag pole 13. Provide, install, and maintain 14' holiday tree decorated and lighted in white and blue to place in front of visitor's center at the front gate. 14. Provide, install, and maintain spotlights on all displays to make them clearly visible at night. 15. Provide, install, and maintain a light only type Holiday Tree with ribbon and minimum 30 feet. (See photo attach pg.7). Decoration Installation. The contractor shall maintain all decorations throughout the duration of the contract. All decorations must be weatherproof and staked down to prevent being blown over. All power shall be provided by the contractor. The period of performance shall be 1 December 2017 to 5 January 2018. All Decoration must be set up and fully functional by 7 December 2017. The contractor shall remove all decorations upon completion of the contract. Decoration Maintenance. The contractor shall ensure all decorations function as intended. The contractor shall maintain all lights, displays, decorations, and other effects as installed. The contractor shall warranty the operation and workmanship to be free from defects. The contractor shall perform repair and services during the contract period to ensure a continual light and display exhibit through the Holiday season. Replacement of defective components and labor shall be provided by the contractor IAW the specifications as a part of the contract cost. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award.
