Description
Ambulance Specifications Qualifications and Responsibilities This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of providing Three Ambulances staffed with Four Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) and Four Paramedics totaling 8 people. NAICS 621910, services to be performed at Fort Knox, Kentucky. The Contractor shall provide all resources, labor, travel, material, and equipment for EMS Services at Ireland Army Health Clinic (IAHC), located at Fort Knox, KY. Three Ambulances are to be provided by the Contractor staffed with Four Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) and Four Paramedics totaling 8 people under this contract. All work shall be performed by Qualified EMTs and Paramedics according to the attached Qualifications, Tasks and Responsibilities. One Ambulance shall be staffed at all times with 2 crews of 4 people. Two Ambulances shall be staffed for 12 hours shifts with 4 people. The Ambulances shall be provided according to the attached highlighted specifications. The radios installed in the Ambulances shall be an Army approved LMR Trunking Radio operating at 389MHz, the preferred is Harris MC 1000. The Contractor shall be available during the months of Mid February through the end of March. Interested parties should submit their Capability Statement for this requirement via email to: rebecca-lynn.m.ruff.civ@mail.mil no later than 14 November 2016, 4:00pm EST. THIS IS STRICTLY MARKET RESEARCH THAT WILL ASSIST THE DEPARTMENT OF ARMY, REGIONAL HEALTH CONTRACTING OFFICE- ATLANTIC PLAN THEIR ACQUISITION STRATEGY.
