- FFG(X) CD RFP Industry Day Registration Form FFG(X) Conceptual Design RFP Industry Day Notice - Program Executive Office, Littoral Combat Ships (PEO LCS) Frigate Program Office (PMS 515) is hosting an Industry Day to discuss the U.S. Navy's Guided Missile Frigate Program (FFG(X)) Conceptual Design (CD) solicitation. The purpose of this Industry Day is to provide information related to the FFG(X) CD phase requirements and objectives to interested Contractors on the Navy's plans to design, develop, and construct Guided Missile Frigates. Industry Day will be held on Friday, 17 November 2017 from 0900 to 1030 EST at: Alion 1100 New Jersey Ave SE Suite 200, Conference Room Independence A/B Washington, D.C. 20003 JPAS visit requests are not required. This briefing will be UNCLASSIFIED. Each Contractor is limited to five (5) participants to attend the briefing. An attendee list consisting of name, company, email address, and phone number will be provided to all attendees after Industry Day is completed. Contractors interested in attending this event should contact Lawrence Gordin, Kelli Bryan and Christina Walsh via email (lawrence.gordin@navy.mil; kelli.bryan@navy.mil; christina.walsh@navy.mil) no later than 1200 EST on 13 November 2017. Please include the following information: Subject line: "N00024-18-R-2300 FFG(X) CD Industry Day", and complete Attachment 1, FFG(X) CD RFP Industry Day Registration form. No audio/visual recording devices of any kind will be permitted. Agenda: 17 November 2017: Industry Day § 0845 - 0915 Check-in § 0915 - 0930 Ground rules/Agenda § 0930 - 1030 FFG(X) CD Brief and Questions Note: Times listed above may be changed if necessary. GENERAL Discussions and questions will be recorded by the Government. The Government intends to post all questions and answers resulting from the Industry Day and briefing slides will be made available on FedBizOpps. This announcement is not a contract, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. NAVSEA does not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee or for travel expenses or marketing efforts; therefore, attendee costs in response to this notice are not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government. The Government anticipates high interest for this event. Onsite registrations will NOT be accepted. Media is not authorized to attend this event. Space is limited and will be limited to 5 or less people from the same organization. Your registration must be approved to attend. Final notification for approval to attend this event will be made no later than the close of business on Wednesday, 15 November 2017.
