Description

RFQ Solicitation N0042118Q0029 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis for Louvers and Connector Panels with American Aluminum Company, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil no later than 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time 13-NOV-2018. The Government will make a decision to consider other offers. Offerors must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law. Please provide the completed certification with your offer.
