- Page 1 of 1 SOURCES SOUGHT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research through this sources sought to help determine the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small Businesses (SB) capable of supplying Connex vital signs monitors and supporting mobile stands. The vital sign monitor shall include, but is not limited to, the following features: Touchscreen interface SpO2 performance measurement range: 1 to 100% Temperature-SureTemp temperature range: 80 °F to 110 °F (26.7 °C to 43.3 °C) Speaker volume-Output sound pressure: 67 dB at 1.0 meter Weight (including battery): Not to exceed 9.5 lb. (4.3 kg) Blood pressure determination time typical: 15 seconds Mobile stand holds and manages accessories for vital signs monitors, eliminates tangles to extend cable life, and has compartments for all accessories on-board Monitor radio wireless network interface IEEE 802.11 a/b/g If the contractor can provide the above items, the contractor shall provide a letter from the manufacturer stating they are an authorized distributor/licenser of their products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
