- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to solicit for an all-inclusive hotel and conference facility for the 2017 FHWA Administrative & Support Services Discipline Seminar Equipment and Room Rental during the dates of 12/11/2017 - 12/14/2017. The solicited services include hotel rooms during the training period, conference rooms, food with dietary variations, and a central location to airports, Department of Transportation Headquarters, and senior staff.
