Description

Must be Brand Name FLUARIX Quadrivalent Vaccine This combined synopsis/solicitation and is being issued as a Request for Quotation under full and open competition. Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 325414, Biological Product (except diagnostic). The Alabama Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following must be brand name: Item 01, FLU Vaccine - Individual doses FLUARIX Quadrivalent Vaccine (10 doses per package), 74 each totaling 740 doses Item 02, Excise Tax, 1 The contract type for this procurement is firm-fixed price. Evaluations Factors: Award will be made on the basis of best value. Price will be the primary consideration. Delivery time may also be considered equal to or more important than price; therefore, please include expected delivery after receipt of order. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF be in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE/DUNS number, federal tax number and company's point of contact information. Please provide your submission no later than 11 am (Central) 14 November 2017. Submissions should be sent via email to: monique.e.brinson.mil@mail.mil or through bids/responses on FBO. Facsimiles are not acceptable. Responses received after the stated deadline will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered.
