Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to delivery 60,000 gallons of Off-Road (dyed) #2 Diesel to the Dredge Goetz Fleet at the Government's Fountain City, Wisconsin service facility. Bio-Diesel and Bio-Diesel blends are NOT acceptable. Fuel will be pumped onboard a floating barge capable of holding 70,000 gallons of fuel. The full quantity of fuel will be delivered between 07:00 and 15:30 on Wednesday, November 15 and Thursday, November 16, 2017. The transport trucks will be responsible for all transport truck activities, and have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge. Offeror shall be registered in SAM (System for Award Management)https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
