- Please see the document entitled, "PPM RFI Questions 20171109." *********************************** *********************************** Please see the revised PPM RFI document entitled, "PPM RFI 20171025 Revision 1" which revises "Section 1: Corporate Description and LoE Capability." The revision adds an Organizational Conflict of Interest identification requirement and increases the page total for Section by one page. The changes are marked by a border on the right side of the page. *********************************** *********************************** The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to determine contractor interest (both large and small) and ascertain Small Business capabilities to perform the contemplated Navy Personnel and Pay Modernization effort. NOTE: This is a second market survey for PPM with the first survey having been posted on 09/03/15. This RFI supersedes the previous RFI in its entirely; therefore, firms that responded to the first RFI must fully respond to this RFI to be considered in the market survey results.
