- General Information Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation Number: 36C26018Q0057 Classification Code: H Other Quality Control, Testing and Inspection Communication, Detection, and Coherent Radiation Equipment Set Aside: Unrestricted NAICS Code 541380 Radiation Dosimetry Laboratories or Services Contracting Office Address NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 20, 960 Broadway Avenue, Ste. 460, Boise, ID 83706, UNITED STATES Description The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20, is soliciting proposals (RFP) for the Portland VA Medical Center, Portland, OR. The Portland VA Medical Center has for monitoring radiation exposure (radiation dosimetry) to employees of the Portland VA Medical Center. A service is being purchased which includes a product (dosimetry device) which is returned to the vendor for analysis. The contract will be for a basic period of one (1) year with four (4) option years. The North American Industry System code is 541380 and the size standard is $15.0M. This is a commercial acquisition; therefore, award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. This acquisition is being set aside as unrestricted. Other information for vendors is listed below: Registration requires a D-U-N-S Number from Duns and Bradstreet and may take up to three weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. Vendors must have a valid D-U-N-S Number. Request a D-U-N-S Number from Duns and Bradstreet on the web at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/ Register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application in SAM as stated in the solicitation. Vendors can access SAM at http://www.sam.gov. The solicitation will be issued on or about November 22, 2017 via the FedBizOpps website at https://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments will be posted on FBO as well. Paper copies of the solicitation and amendments will not be mailed and no telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted.
