- The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego (SWRMC) intends to issue a solicitation to accomplish shipboard repair work to perform a Post SLEP Extension (PSE) Availability on an LCAC 32. Work to be accomplished at Camp Pendleton, CA, Assault Craft Unit-5 from 12 FEB 2018 to 15 JUN 2018. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The LCAC-32 PSE scope of work is specified in Specification Package BOST 516-18. The PSE effort is to be performed in accordance with Government prepared specifications, drawings, work item descriptions, and craft alteration records. All West Coast area sources who currently hold an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) under DFARS 217.71, or are qualified for and willing to enter an agreement shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess an ABR are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of the ABR application without impacting the vessel's availability dates. The successful offeror will be required to have a Southwest Regional Maintenance Center approved Quality System (IAW NAVSEA Standard Item 009-004), approved and in place at time of contract award. The applicable NAICS will be "336611".
