Kingsbridge Road Bronx NY 10468 Synopsis: Please note that this is not a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hudson Valley VA Medical Center, is conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing the following services for Hudson Valley VAMC: Repair Carrier A/C unit Carrier Model # 38AH-064-500FA Serial # 4299F7263 (Draft statement of work below). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 238220 with a size standard of $15 million. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing via email and must be received no later than November 16, 2017. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources for this procurement relative to NAICS 238220. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, and examples of similar facilities which you have provided services to DUNS number, address, and point of contact. If your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov). Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email or fax) and received no later than November 16, 2017 at 12:00 PM EST. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on Federal Business opportunities website http://www.sam.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. We do this by improving and maintaining our physical structures and by providing the equipment, supplies, testing and preventive maintenance necessary to support excellence in health care. The acquisition described herein is firm-fixed price and is required to achieve the objectives as follows: Objectives Repair Carrier A/C unit Carrier Model # 38AH-064-500FA Serial # 4299F7263 Period of Performance Work shall be completed within (20) twenty days of purchase order being issued. Place of Performance/Place of Delivery VA Hudson Valley Health Care System Montrose Campus 2094 Albany Post Road Montrose NY 10548 Scope of Work Reclaim refrigerant and dispose of using proper EPA procedures. Replace suction Service Valve. Replace sight glass Replace two suction line accumulators. Replace liquid line drier cores (3). Evacuate and recharge with R22. Adjust oil level. Pressure test new lines. Run system and make sure it s work properly. Take all debris with you and make sure site in cleaned. Personnel may be required to surrender their ID to the VA Police to obtain a temporary day pass at the discretion of VA Police. ID will be returned upon leaving US Government property.
