- SPECIFICATION QUOTE SHEET DELIVERY INFORMATION REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) SYNOPSIS May 09, 2017 Food Service Contractor: Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Bennettsville, South Carolina, is soliciting quotations under RFQ P03171800008 to provide Bread & other food related items to our institution: This cover letter provides general information regarding quotation submission. Each Food Service contractor must complete their respective representations and certifications via the On line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at https://www.orca.bpn.gov, and provide FAR 52.212 3. Make sure to include your (DUNS) number with your quotation. - Complete 17a, 20, 30a, 30b & 30c on the SF-1449 (Page 1). - QUOTE ONLY on Items that Meet the REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS as provided. - Quotes must be via FedEx delivery... - Quotations must be received no later than Tuesday, December 5, 2017, 12:00 P.M. EST. - Please do NOT mail your responses. - We will anticipate the delivery of awarded items prior to January 26, 2018. Failure to deliver within the specified date range may result in awarding to the next lowest vendor.
