Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to Medivators Inc. 14605 28th Ave., N. Minneapolis, MN 44557. The period of performance for contract award will be from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2020. This requirement is to provide a service agreement on the Minnitech Medivator reprocessing Units. The service contract will be used for the remedial service (labor, travel, and parts), annual preventative maintenance, one (1) operator training program, and telephone technical support for the Syracuse VA Medical Center, 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210-2716. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by November 22, 2017 at 09:00 a.m. (EST). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Kimberly.wiatrowski@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted.
