Description

Expression of Interest Sought THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request is for information only and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated to this request for capability information. The Department of Veteran Affairs Memphis, TN seeks to lease approximately 10,000 net usable square feet (NUSF) (or approximately 13,498 rentable square feet) of climate controlled warehouse space for off-site storage in the medical center district, Memphis, TN. A minimum of one dock space, three parking spaces and one restroom. The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider existing space that complies with all current building, seismic, and ADA code requirements. A lease term up to 10 years will be considered. Delineated Area: Bounded on the North by I-40, South by Winchester Rd, East by Getwell Rd/ Goodlett St/Graham St/N Graham St/Jackson Ave, and West by Highway 61/Highway 79/ N B.B. King Blvd. Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by 3:00pm Central Time, Friday, November 28, 2017 and must include the following information: Building name, address and location of available space Amount of offered space in Rentable Square Feet (RSF) and Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) Building ownership information, brokers or legal representatives must show written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property Contracting Officer: Hollie A.
