- Complexity Description Q&A Template PPQ Price List Statement of Work Draft RFP The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) proposes to award a multiple award Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract using Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials, and Labor Hour type delivery orders to support Geomatics Precise Imagery. The total anticipated period of performance is a 5-year base ordering period with a 5-year optional ordering period. This procurement will be posted for full and open competition and will not be set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS Code is 541370, and the size standard is $15M. NOTE : Previous notice (issued with Request for Information) included the Geomatics Elevation Content. It has been determined that it will be awarded separately as its own multiple award IDIQ. This notice is not a request for quotations or solicitation of Offerors. The following draft solicitation and accompanying attachments are issued in order to provide industry with an advance version and to obtain meaningful feedback from interested parties. The draft Request for Proposal and attachments will be posted on the NRO's unclassified Acquisition Center of Excellence (ARC) website at: https://acq.westfields.net/nga The Government intends to award multiple contracts for non-commercial items utilizing FAR Part 15. Vendors must be approved and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Website located at https://www.sam.gov before award can be made.
