Solicitation Number: 36C24618Q0089 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: VA Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Pharmaceutical Services The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 06), Hampton, VA on behalf of Richmond VA Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia, solicits quotes to provide Pharmaceutical services in Charlottesville, Fredericksburg North and Fredericksburg South Community Based Outpatient Centers (CBOCs) in Virginia until 09/30/2018 with an intent of three one year option periods. This solicitation announcement publicizes the Department of Veterans Affairs intent, to award Pharmaceutical services at the contractor s facilities, under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) in the specific area of the VISN 06 geographical foot print. The VA issues this solicitation for the required services and will accept proposals for this solicitation number until 11/22/2017 at 0900 Eastern Standard Time (EST). The solicitation will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies are available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to submit their interest in the solicitation on the FBO website and to email a copy of the proposal to the contracting officer at Barbara.Hawk@va.gov. No telephonic proposals will be accepted and no documents will be accepted after the stated time for submission. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the applicable NAICS Code. Firms may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in SAM. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website and register as soon as possible. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 424210 and is set-aside at 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business with a small business size standard of $27.5M. The classification code is Q999. This requirement will be only be solicited during the timeframe stated. If no offers are received, the Contracting Officer will re-submit later. This will be a single award from this solicitation. All responsible source, under the SDVOSB category may submit proposals. The VA will consider for evaluation only proposals from sources found to be responsive and responsible. The VA will only consider proposals from contractors who are qualified to provide the stated services at the CBOCs and meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement.
