- Bread Specifications Letter to Offeror 15B40318Q00000025 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution in Littleton, Colorado is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation 15B40318Q00000025, for the requirement of: Weekly bread orders for the 2nd quarter. This solicitation is a partial small business set-aside. This solicitation will be FOB Destination. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Deliveries may not be accepted prior to January 2, 2017. Additional orders may be required on occasion, on days/times mutually agreed upon between the FCI and the Contractor. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 9595 W. Quincy Avenue, Littleton Colorado, 80123. FCI Englewood shall place one order each week for delivery the following Tuesday. The Federal Bureau of Prisons Food Service Warehouse at FCI Englewood is open Monday thru Thursday from 7:30am-2:30pm. Friday deliveries are scheduled by appointment only. It is recommended that the vendor contact the FCI Food Service Department to notify of all deliveries. They can be reached at: Neil Houdesheldt, AFSA, 303-763-4300 extension 1270 or email nhoudesheldt@bop.gov Rochelle Infante, Food Service Assistant, 303-763-4300 extension 1272 or email rinfante@bop.gov Quotes will not be accepted if sent to food service staff. ***ALL DELIVERIES ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BEFORE ACCEPTANCE*** The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal multiple awards by line item. All responsive offerors must respond via email to ENG/Procurement&Prop~@bop.gov with quotes using the attached specification sheet and include a signed 1449 with completed lines 17a., 30a., and 30b. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. Payments may be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or a Government Purchase Card. Offerors are reminded that they're required under FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, to complete their representation and certifications in the System for Award Management Database (SAM).
