- Travis Appendix AF McChord Appendix AF Fairchild Appendix AF Beale Appendix AF Draft PWS - West Region THIS IS A DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT: The Sources Sought for this requirement was posted under SP0600-17-R-5X27. Defense Logistics Agency - Energy anticipates issuing a final Solicitation within the next 30 days. The Government will award firm, fixed price contracts for a four-year multiyear period, beginning on or about October 1, 2018. This requirement may include a 5-year option period and a 6 month extension. Contracts awarded are subject to FAR 52.222-41, Service Contract Act of 1965, to include Collective Bargaining Agreements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 493190, and the size standard is $27.5 million. The proposed solicitation is being set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The solicitation will include the following locations: Beale AFB, CA, Travis AFB, CA, McChord AFB, WA, and Fairchild AFB, WA.
