- RFQ for Circuit Card Assembly This procurement is to establish a buy contract for NSN 5998-01-416-8839ID, Part Number 061M450 Circuit Card Assembly (CCA). The CCA is utilized in the EPU-6/E Frequency Converter NSN 6130-01-237-1621ID, Part Number 8823495. The Frequency Converter is a unit that converts 240/380/480 VAC, 3 phase, 50/60Hz input voltage to 120/208 VAC, 3 phase 400 Hz output voltage. Controlled Systems Sales Company (0M4E9) the OEM is the only know source that has the capability to manufacture this (CCA).
